1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between wln ("Platform", "we", "us") and registered or unregistered users of this site ("Member", "you"). By using wln's website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali; in the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, the Platform's decision shall be final. For more information about our platform, please read our About Us page.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other specific terms published on the Platform together form the complete agreement between wln and the Member.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To use services on wln, you must open a personal account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms, and the account may be suspended or closed at any time in such cases.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Passwords must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the wln support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

wln reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. You may be asked to confirm your identity using a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

Members must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to use any service on wln. By opening an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

• Use of any service on the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• wln may request relevant documents at any time to verify age.
• If a member is identified as a minor, the account will be closed immediately.
• Eligibility requires that participation in online betting is permitted under the laws applicable in your country or location.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

wln currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). There is no processing fee for deposits, though the mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If identity verification is incomplete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.3 Validity of Funds

Members must use payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party payment accounts may not be used. Funds deposited into the account must come from a legitimate source.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

wln offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount before withdrawal — meaning ৳1,000 in bonus requires ৳10,000 in wagering.

5.2 Other Promotions

wln runs various promotions including weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, cricket season rewards, birthday gifts, and refer-a-friend rewards. Each offer has specific wagering conditions, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure and cancellation of the bonus.
• wln reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses may not be claimed using multiple accounts or devices.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are placed at the odds set in the market and are considered final once confirmed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, wln reserves the right to void or review the affected bets.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed, the relevant bets will be voided and the staked amount refunded. If a sporting event is rescheduled, a decision will be made in accordance with the applicable policy.

6.3 Multi Bets

In a multi bet, the total odds are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection. If even one selection loses, the entire multi bet is lost. For example, if three selections have odds of 1.60, 1.70, and 1.80, the total odds are 1.60 × 1.70 × 1.80 = 4.90 (approximately), and a ৳100 stake returns ৳490 if all three selections win.

7 Casino Game Rules

wln's casino section offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and many other types of games. Each game has its own RTP and rules, which can be viewed before entering the game.

• Live casino games are played with a live dealer — even if you exit during a round, the bet placed for that round remains active.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• The game software provider's own rules apply within the game.
• Jackpot prizes are determined according to the provider's terms.

8 Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Attempting to fraudulently interfere with the Platform's software or games.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technology that provides a strategic advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Claiming bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Harassing other users or staff through offensive language or threatening behavior.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

wln uses SSL encryption and other security technologies to keep members' transactions and personal data secure. Personal data is not shared with third parties without the member's prior consent, except where required by law.

10 Responsible Gambling

wln believes that betting and gaming should be enjoyed solely as a form of entertainment. Excessive gambling can cause mental and financial harm. Members can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by wln

wln may suspend or close any account without prior notice on grounds of a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or legal requirements. In such cases, a decision regarding the balance will be made in accordance with the applicable policy.

11.2 Closure at Member's Request

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

12 Limitation of Liability

wln is not liable for losses arising from technical errors, internet disconnection, third-party software issues, or any other cause beyond its control. The Platform's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the member's current account balance.

• If an ongoing bet or game is affected by a connection disruption, you must contact wln support.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, wln's log records will be treated as the final evidence.
• wln is not responsible for financial losses resulting from betting or gaming.

13 Changes and Updates to Terms

wln reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes where possible, but it is each member's own responsibility to read the Terms before every login.
